But we can assure you, Sacramento won't be the only place you'll work.
We host frequent trips during the year to bring our whole team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Costa Rica and Belize.

About the job
You will assure reports, leads and deadlines are accurately tracked and clearly communicated to the proper team members as needed. Your ability to be resourceful and a self-starter will be key to assisting this team to operate smoothly.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of managing many projects and information while maintaining a sharp attention to details

- Past experience with administrative work

- Create systems of communication and organized processes where needed
- Become proficient in HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Excel and Trello
- Maintain a keen attention to detail
- Exhibit tact emotional intelligence when communicating with team members, partners, vendors, etc
