ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Rising Tide Capital (www.RisingTideCapital.org) is seeking a talented individual with an interest in entrepreneurship and a demonstrated history in providing support either in an account management or in a customer success role nationally to join our team of professionals to make a difference in the world and to participate in the growth of an innovative, dynamic non-profit organization.

Through business education, consulting, technical assistance, and partnerships with local micro-lenders, Rising Tide Capital harnesses the entrepreneurial energy that exists in distressed urban communities and uses it to create jobs and economic opportunity for traditionally underserved populations.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) at Rising Tide Capital, you will have the opportunity to transform lives and communities through entrepreneurship by working closely with Rising Tide Network Partners (RTNPs) to establish and develop local entrepreneurship hubs around the country that utilize the Rising Tide Model.
The Partner Success Manager will help these partners to learn the model, implement it locally, and grow the work over time. This work will include providing guidance, training, troubleshooting, and fostering connections. This role requires effective representation of Rising Tide Capital, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for empowering entrepreneurs and their communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Onboarding Coordinator
- Schedule, host, document, and follow up on scheduled meetings with each partner
- Create and update timelines, tasks, and project plans
- Hold RTNP’s accountable for completing tasks within specified timelines
- Ensure RTNP’s comply with key elements of their contract, such as growth, data, and model fidelity
- Provide supplemental support, documents, advice, and brainstorming to assist in launching local programs
- Partner Launch Guide
- Organize and host major training events
- Assist the Lead Trainer as a secondary trainer during these sessions
- Support the development of training materials
- Deliver effective communications before, during, and after training events
- Provide guidance throughout the launch process, helping partners learn and implement the Rising Tide Model
- Partner Support Coordinator
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls from partners, troubleshooting and providing timely responses
- Proactively engage with partners to identify and address potential issues
- Build relationships with internal specialists at RTC to facilitate efficient troubleshooting
- Provide additional training and support as needed
- Support the development of resources for efficient troubleshooting (Knowledge Center, FAQ’s)
- Partner Liaison and Account Manager
- Ensure smooth communication, clear processes, and introductions internally and externally
- Serve as the primary liaison for RTC and partner communications
- Understand the needs of the local organization and support their expansion efforts
- Gather feedback on Rising Tide Capital products and processes
- Promote partners through media and support RTCs communications, advancement, and fundraising efforts
- Member of Product Feedback Team
- Act as a great listener and incorporate partner ideas into internal conversations at RTC
- Coordinate RTNP working groups to provide feedback on existing and new RTC products
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of experience in the nonprofit or customer support fields, preferably related to social justice, community development, or economic inclusion.
- In-depth understanding of program management principles.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to establish collaborative and respectful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Experience in training, teaching, or managing others in learning processes.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
- Experience in managing client relationships using an anti-racist, pro-equity approach.
- Proven track record of building authentic and impactful stakeholder relationships.
- Self-directed with problem-solving and anticipatory skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Canva; experience with MailChimp and LinkedIn is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Some evening/weekend work and regional travel is required. Work is often performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, offices machinery, etc. The person must be able to communicate information so that others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The person must be able to observe details at close range. The person may have to occasionally move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs.

Salary for this position:
$50,000 – $65,000
