  • Oversee a portfolio of 100-150 mid-tier donors, foundations, corporate partners, and prospects

  • Participate in each step of the donor pipeline including: identification, qualification through research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

  • Grow your portfolio by identifying new donors, cultivating relationships, and by developing compelling, innovative and successful donor solicitation and upgrade strategies

  • Work closely with the Director of Major Gifts to develop long-term strategies to cultivate donors and provide opportunities for deeper engagement

  • Effectively steward and appreciate/recognize existing donors in your portfolio

  • Prepare and administer department budget, projecting and achieving revenue goals

  • Participate in planning and executing successful fundraising and stewardship events, including an annual gala

  • Create innovative ways to show donors their return on investment and impact on LiNK’s mission

  • Collect and utilize data to inform strategies for growth

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years* professional fundraising, specifically experience working with individual donors
  • Successful track record in securing five to six figure gifts from individual donors and foundations
  • Demonstrated knowledge and success in fundraising for individual gifts (experience working with foundations and/or corporate giving is a plus)
  • An effective communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of financial management to allocate resources, prepare budgets, analyze financial data and project fundraising income
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire confidence within the team and with donors
  • Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, start-up-like environment; requires excellent organizational skills, time management efficiency, and careful attention to detail
