About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing customer success team. The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and success using our products and services. To be successful in this role, you should be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, who is able to earn our clients’ trust, and demonstrate the value of Kadence to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and implement customer success plans for assigned accounts
- Maintain regular communication with assigned customers to understand their goals and needs, and proactively identify and address any potential challenges
- Manage customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales) to ensure customer needs and feedback are properly addressed and incorporated into company initiatives
- Analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations to customers on how they can maximize their investment in our products and services
- Ensure logo and revenue retention and drive growth through expansion and upsell by helping customers recognize the value we provide to achieve their desired outcomes
- Document and track all customer interactions and outcomes in our customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Contribute to the overall success of the customer success team by achieving individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, and working with mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside of the box
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in a start-up and SaaS preferred
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis tools is a plus
