Must be able and willing to agree to the Immerse statement of faith.
Understanding of trends and processes for fundraising work.
Has a deep desire to build relationships with people over using people for their wealth.
Comfortable interacting with youth in informal settings.
Must demonstrate a commitment to the value of cultural competency.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to lead and develop staff and volunteers.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficiency in word-processing, data entry, and organizational software.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Must be available evenings, weekends and on-call as needed.
Must have a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and able to travel within assigned region.
Must successfully complete a required background checks and drug screening.
