Program Leadership - Oversee and guide all support delivery to maintain the integrity of our model and promote the utilization of the Immerse Arkansas’ Overcomer process in a way that upholds Immerse values and the principles.
Program Management - Provide oversight and coordination of a comprehensive, purposeful, and safe operation of the Overcomer Central program, creating a place where youth feel welcome, find support, and experience healing.
Staff Supervision - Supervise and direct the Overcomer Central Drop-In Center and Street Outreach staff and volunteers, promoting excellence in care and support to youth in crisis.
Team and Personal Development - Continually seek opportunities for growth, understanding, and balance to maintain health, both individually and as a member of the Immerse Arkansas team. Promote teamwork through collaboration, support, and communication.
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Social services: 3 years (Required)
Working with youth/teens/young adults from crisis: 3 years (Required)
Case management: 3 years (Required)
Supervising: 3 years (Required)
Arkansas Social Work or Counseling licensure (Preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking skills.
Strong people skills. Able to form effective working relationships with a wide range of people.
Strong organizational skills and ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion.
Have at least a bachelor's degree in a social service related field.
Have experience working with homeless transitional age youth.
Have experience managing a diverse team.
Have experience developing programs in a social service or related setting.
Must demonstrate a commitment to the value of cultural competency.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be willing and able to travel within the assigned region on a daily basis.
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Must maintain current certification in CPR, First Aid, and other certifications as determined by the program.
