Must have a driver’s license and/or reliable transportation; able to travel within assigned region daily. Driving record must meet minimum requirements to be approved by Immerse insurance.
Must maintain current certification in CPR, First Aid, and as determined by the program.
Must successfully complete a required background checks and drug screening.
Adherence to an ethical code as it relates to the particular professional field.
Basic skills for building cleaning and routine maintenance work.
Common sense reasoning and follow instructions (written or oral)
Verbal skills to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
Apply conflict resolution and problem solving skills in the event of tense situations or to defuse potentially volatile situations.
Lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds.
Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
