We're looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our team in growing Flaire from its current MVP into a high-growth consumer app that competes with the largest social and travel platforms of today.

Responsibilities Include:

• Become a founding member of a small, tight-knit team of frontend and backend engineers
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to create an exceptional user experience
• Build high-polish React and React Native interfaces
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• Make sure that our travelers have a seamless experience using Flaire
• Emerge as a key player on our team, collaborating with the Head of Engineering and Head of Product

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of Typescript development experience
• 5+ years of React development experience
• Experience with consumer tech
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality applications
• Commitment to balancing quality, speed, and collaboration to hit deadlines
• Software engineering or equivalent degree
• Personal travel experience + enthusiasm

Bonus Points:

• Next.js experience
• React Native experience
• Node.js experience
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience with consumer, social, and / or travel tech
• This role is fully remote but bonus points if you’re local and can join our weekly lunches at classic favs + new hot spots around Atlanta :)

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive start-up industry salary ($110k-$145k)
