The DCX Client Services - Home Based Web Content and Optimization Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 45,000 - 65,000 PHP
Job Responsibilities
Improve the performance and efficiency of our website. Optimize loading speeds, streamline code, and ensure best practices for SEO and user experience are implemented.
Regularly update content across our site (WordPress, HubSpot and Shopify), ensuring that info is current, relevant, and accurately reflects our brand .
Maintain integrations between our website, HubSpot, and other third-party platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and troubleshoot any integration issues that arise
Edit and update product guides and pages within WordPress. Ensure product information is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
Review existing website pages to ensure consistency in layout, design, and messaging. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the design team to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Build marketing emails and blogs using HubSpot’s platform. Ensure content aligns with brand standards, is visually appealing, and is optimized for deliverability.
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
Experience with WordPress required (other CMS platform is a plus)
Ability to use HTML is a plus
Experience with Shopify is a plus
Experience with the HubSpot (Marketing Hub or CMS) is a plus
Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus •
Technical knowledge in 3rd party integrations, APIs, etc. is a plus • Strong and quick PC skills (Excel, Outlook, MS 365
