Job Description:

The DCX Home Based Logistics Consultant will work as a full-time with a rapidly growing US based company. Reporting into the Supply Chain & Marketplace organization, you’ll enable the continued operational help of our primary products. You will ensure that our company is able to continue to deliver a best in class gifting experience to our customers.

You’ll work closely with key cross-functional internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly. We need you to be both the voice of our customers to our vendors and the voice of our vendors to our internal team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Warehouse Management (85% of the time)

    • Efficiently manages Zendesk ticket volumes directed to and coming from our warehouses.

    • Communicates effectively with warehouse staff to address customer and order inquiries, special projects issues, and concerns. As needed, raise relevant charges to our finance team.

    • Runs report daily and weekly and take action on them as instructed by the team.

    • Assists with invoice validation.

  • Marketplace Vendor Liaison (15% of time)

    • Coordinates with marketplace vendors to manage new items and update existing items in our catalog.

    • Reviews updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is maintained across all marketplace platforms.

    • Runs bespoke reporting for our marketplace vendors to manage order flow.

    • Monitors order exceptions on marketplace platforms and proactively follows up with marketplace vendors to resolve issues.

  • Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UK Time)

  • Workdays: Monday - Friday (UK Time)

  • Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools for reporting purposes.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:

    • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.

    • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred.

    • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse characters.

    • Familiarize yourself with CRM systems and practices.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000.00 – PHP 37,500.00
