The DCX Client Services Home-Based Creative Sales Assistant is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare and distribute sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
Coordinate sample requests to arrive at customer events for sales team.
Manage proactive email campaigns and customer inquiries.
Provide general administrative support, including managing proactive email campaigns, answering emails, and managing customer inquiries.
Create visually appealing sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
Assist with branding and marketing initiatives.
Data Management
Maintain spreadsheets for program management and pricing updates.
Ensure accuracy of data entry in spreadsheets.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Promotional Products industry.
Administrative Skills: Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Design Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create visually appealing materials.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and drive proactive campaigns.
Self-Management: Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work effectively with a team
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000

Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
