The DCX Client Services - Home Based Purchaser & Production Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
You will be responsible for placing all client orders and support our production manager with production overflow.
Including but not limited to purchase orders, work orders, sample orders & returns. Updating our CRM program with excellence and high-level detail.
Full engagement in daily team meetings, leading team meetings, participation in our monthly book club and High-Performance coaching.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 23,000-37,500
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for product addition in multiple platforms (i.e., Images, Description, Pricing, and other required product information).
Responsible for product data updates in multiple platforms quarterly.
Responsible for Contacting vendors for updated pricing.
Responsible for verifying changes per program.
Responsible for updating information on active URL.
Responsible for preparing and uploading product sheets with appropriate and complete information.
Responsible for preparing orders with accurate information for the order entry team to enter.
Responsible for generating and parsing data on order reports based on short term project needs.
Responsible for generating monthly reports for specialty programs.
Ensure to provide backup to other support members.
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or any related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of Purchasing, Order Management or any related roles.
Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Programs that will be used
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
Various communication applications.
Ability to learn company-specific systems.
