The DCX Client Services - Home Based Program Product Management Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 37,500 PHP
Job Responsibilities
Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy in the details such as product specifications, quantities, and pricing. Manage the receipt and approval of order proofs as required.
Follow up daily on order statuses to ensure timely fulfillment.
Assure timely product delivery.
Keep manager informed about the status of their orders, including shipment tracking and estimated delivery times.
Communicate effectively with the sales manager to understand client demand and provide necessary support.
Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and address any issues that may arise.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Project Management or any related roles.
Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Programs that will be used
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.
Experience with QuickBooks and Adobe products a plus
Various communication applications.
Ability to learn company-specific systems.
