The DCX Client Services - Home-Based E-Commerce Trainee will work as a full-time employee for a growing business in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

• Industry: Promotion

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

• Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient

• Salary Range: PHP 22,000 - 27,500

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzes the customer’s demographic details in addition to forming marketing strategies accordingly.

• Contributes to creating digital assets: email campaigns, and content for social media, client portals, and e-commerce platforms.

• Creates presentation format and compiles data for the preparation of sales presentations.

• Checks the inventory and order samples

• Coordinates the production of orders and ensures timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform.

• Provides administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects.

• Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

Additional Job Requirements

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.

• Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.

• Comfortable with social media marketing.

Software that will be used

• Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e. Shopify, Bigcommerce)

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
