The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Designer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the client to ensure that branding is integrated into the goals of the partner brands they serve. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design & Mock-ups:
- Create and design mockups for a variety of promotional products, ensuring they align with client branding and specifications.
Develop creative packaging designs that enhance product appeal and consumer experience.
Marketing & Social Media Assets:
Design visually engaging marketing decks and presentations for client pitches and internal use.
Produce high-quality digital assets for social media campaigns and website content.
Print-Ready Artwork:
Prepare and finalize artwork files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
Work closely with production teams to ensure artwork is executed flawlessly on various merchandise.
Collaborative Projects:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new merchandise and marketing campaigns.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branded merchandise or promotional products.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of print production processes and requirements.
Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in designing for branded merchandise, packaging, and digital marketing assets.
Creativity: Exceptional creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design trends.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: 43,000 PHP

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
