The DCX Client Services Home-Based Customer Care Specialist will assist clients in delivering excellent service to their partner brands by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by receiving queries, resolving issues, understanding customer goals, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You will also have a unique opportunity to act as a valuable team member for a partner, contribute to the success of their organization, and grow your skillsets as a Customer Service Representative.


  • A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English

  • Strong data entry skills, especially with spreadsheets.

  • Ability to research past purchases, that the customer is in good standing with no outstanding invoices (greater than 90 days), and confirm information received matches our company profile.

  • Responsibilities will include speaking with customers, school bookkeepers, and finance officers providing up-to-date instructions on submitting orders requiring a Purchase Order.

  • Working to resolve past due invoices or updating the company/vendor information with districts. Communicating to the team as needed regarding the PO Verification Process.

  • Work with customers through calls, chats, and emails so that they may submit their orders in a timely manner.

  • Update user profiles in our store platforms.

  • The position requires thorough research and strong communication skills.

  • Will work with several other DCX personnel who are familiar with the process and can be on hand for support or assistance where necessary.

  • As this is a shared position, during the slower months, the associate will assist our finance department with collections, invoicing, and other duties needed to help support this dynamic team of professionals. ​


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:

  • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.

  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales is preferred.

  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of characters.

  • Familiarize yourself with CRM systems and practices.


  • Salary Range: Php30,000 - Php37,500
