The DCX Client Services Home Based Business Development Administrative Assistant is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide professional customer service externally and internally

  • Communicate effectively to the sales teams regarding leads, opportunities, and customer issues.

  • PPAI Media: Advertising Support:
    a. Maintain an up-to-date runsheet: Process insertion orders, Keep track of advertising material, Maintain up-to-date digital stats
    Ad material collection, tracking, and uploading, Manage the circulation list for PPB: Process address updates on PPB Returns, Manage subscription renewals and cancelations

  • Tradeshows and Events: Registration: Upload/process large list requests Sponsorship and advertising sales support including but not limited to: Deliverable and ad material reminders and collection, Uploading and maintaining sponsorship and advertising to website(s), Secondary owner of Product Pavilion responsibilities, Run and distribute sales reporting inter- and cross-departmentally, Other support and tasks as assigned by Manager or Director,Track and report out on sales for competitive products and events

  • Membership: Manage membership inbox: Respond to inbound inquiries from members, Distribute sales leads to appropriate team members, Process applications for membership to the association following, the governance policies and as defined by PPAI’s policies and procedures, escalating any concerns to manager as needed. Database maintenance: Process roster and company profile, updates, and help with password resets

  • Support the Product Safety Aware program process including first-time ambassadors and renewals, ensuring members stay in good standing

  • Department Support: Process and publish requested sales related reports and dashboards, Pull marketing lists as needed, Follow-up with members regarding overdue materials, billing, or other
    information

  • Other department-wide responsibilities as identified by Manager or Director.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Customer Service and lead generation.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is ideal.

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

  • Direct experience in cold calling is a plus

  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse characters.

  • Salary Range: Php 37,500-40,000 PHP

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
