The DCX Client Services - Home Based Marketing Admin will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Ideal Candidates will be

  • Has experience using order management or CRM systems

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Direct experience in a customer service role

  • Direct experience handling post order tracking and shipments

  • Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English


Role Details

  • Industry: Promotions

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

  • Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient

  • Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 40,000


Job Responsibilities

Data Entry and Maintenance

  • Accurately input and update marketing data in relevant databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

  • Regularly audit data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Assist in the cleanup and organization of existing data sets.

Email Management and Deployment

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing in setting up automated email sequences in appropriate platforms

  • Pull lists of data from CRM systems, clean the lists, and ensure data accuracy.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Additional Job Requirements

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Customer Service, Marketing, or direct Promo Sales experience, or any related field.


Software that will be used

  • Experience in MailChimp (or alternative Email Management Platform), Wordpress, Gmelius (or alternative Email Automation Platform), Sugar (or alternative CRM)

  • Previous data entry & Excel or Google Sheets experience with strong attention to detail ○ It would be ideal to have someone who can navigate excel basics (light formulas, V/X LookUp, data clean up, etc.)

  • Previous experience in a marketing role (as opposed to CS or IT)

  • Possibility to cross-train with sales admins for list pulls ○ Teach to de-dupe list and establish hierarchy
