The DCX HubSpot Specialist will play a critical role within our PMO team and be our first in-house HubSpot expert responsible for leveraging the HubSpot platform to manage our contacts, data, and more within HubSpot. Working cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, this is a vital role for our business as we continue to grow and develop scalable processes and to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot functionalities into various business processes and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serves as the central point of contact in DCX for HubSpot data model management, as this relates to all client data records held in HubSpot.

  • Manages and leads the setup and configuration of HubSpot modules and HubSpot integrations, e.g., Workday, Pandadoc, etc., updating existing integrations and setting up new ones as required.

  • Oversees and maintains HubSpot contact database related to lifecycle stages, data hygiene, and field/property /group updates, setting policies and working with internal, customer-facing teams to ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Oversees and advises on best practices for all contacts, companies, and opportunities held within HubSpot.

  • Oversees and manages datasets related to Deals, Commissions, and Activity points.

  • Manages list uploads and new list development, advising other internal team members on list optimization approaches.

  • Advises on and sets up HubSpot events and workflows related to data management, field updates, and contact records.

  • Sets up new dashboards, supports team members with dashboard set-ups, and sets up new reports as required for internal teams.

  • Follows existing HubSpot governance and processes.

  • Works with other internal DCX teams and supports them in establishing new governance processes and applying HubSpot best practices, tools, and workflows to maximize utilization and effectiveness.

  • Stays updated on HubSpot platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend and implement process improvements and new features.

  • Collaborates with customers to integrate HubSpot with other business systems and tools as needed.

  • Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven work experience using HubSpot as the primary tool to be able to demonstrate proficiency in leveraging HubSpot's tools and features.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Intense exposure with the HubSpot platform (both on the backend and functional). Experience in managing CRM systems is advantageous.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Highly experienced in the BPO industry.

  • Salary Range: PHP 50,000.00 – PHP 75,000.00
