The DCX Events and Hospitality Officer will oversee client visits, offsite events, and special projects focused on delivering exceptional Filipino hospitality. In this role, s/he will manage all aspects of client hospitality, including travel arrangements, lodging, event coordination, and overall client experience. In addition, s/he will play a pivotal role in organizing key events and managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manages client visits and itineraries, ensuring delivery of world-class Filipino hospitality from travel, welcoming, lodging, Team/Cluster Meetings, food, and transport until sendoff.

  • Prioritizes client hospitality during offsite events, such as the Annual Fun Day and Year-end Party, while ensuring safety, security, and awareness.

  • Acts as the point of contact for the Learning & Development department and leads the event management of the Annual Leadership Summit.

  • Handle allocated budget for clients' and executives' stay and accomplish payment requests, liquidations, and reimbursements.

  • Manages vendors, which includes vendor negotiations, partnerships, and project scoping.

  • Serves as the point person for post-event documentation and feedback gathering, focusing on experience improvements.

  • Serves as project point person on specific segments of Culture and Events programs, including contests, meeting logistics, meeting recaps, budget summaries, etc., to ensure the successful implementation of all engagement programs.

  • Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven work experience as a critical Employee Engagement Team member or in a related role. Has the ability to articulate and champion the key business drivers and ROI of employee engagement.

  • Certifications & Licenses: HR certifications and/or licenses issued or given by renowned professional organizations are advantageous but not required.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Exposure to Workday, Adobe Suites, Canva, and Asana is advantageous.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Highly experienced in the BPO industry.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000.00 – PHP 50,000.00
