DCX is looking for a PH Talent Acquisition Partner who is a dynamic communicator, experienced in interviewing, and comfortable in a role that is heavily client-facing. In this role, your primary focus will be leading clients facing interviews and assisting in the evaluation of their candidates. Your practical insights and feedback will be valuable in helping them to make the right hiring choices. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work with the client to set candidate interviews, lead interviews, and provide post-interview feedback at the conclusion of the meeting.
Assist in the post-client meeting, offer management, and discuss the status of requisitions you are involved with.
Regularly coordinate with other internal talent acquisition team members to ensure everyone is in alignment and informed on all current priorities.
Work collaboratively with the talent acquisition leadership to monitor KPIs, measurements, and department-specific analytics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, and consultative relationships company-wide.
Assist in the further development and improvement of the talent acquisition department.
Lead and manage one Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, and Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
Experience: 2+ years in a similar or equivalent role.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Previous exposure to Workday
Prior experience and knowledge in the BPO industry
An ethical and EEOD-compliant approach to candidate evaluation is required
Backup Internet and electricity are required
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php75,000 - Php80,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
