The DCX Client Services - Home Based Invoicing Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

  • Industry: Promotions

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

  • Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient

  • Salary Range: 30,000-40,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining vendor files with proper documentation and records.

  • Providing reporting and administrative support on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Matching purchase orders with vendor/supplier invoices.

  • Coding and data enter invoices for payments.

  • Review available A/P receipts and follow up on all discrepancies.

  • Maintaining A/P spreadsheets and reports every week.

  • Providing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

  • Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Additional Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an accounts payable coordinator, Invoice Processing experience, or a similar job position.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and legislation.

  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
