As we expand into the apparel and home goods space, we are looking for a someone who believes in our mission and is passionate about marketing and fashion. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, social media, email campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional copywriting skills. You are going to be part of a fun, creative, energetic team who will all wear multiple hats as we prepare for product launch in May of 2023! We operate in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office, offer competitive benefits and health coverage.


· Work with the marketing and core teams to drive alignment between marketing, merchandising, sales and technology on the overarching marketing calendar to achieve shared goals

· Helps coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, socials, and blog, while also managing social media and email accounts

· Write engaging sales and marketing copy (emails, social, landing pages, blogs, product descriptions and more)

· Liaison between outsourced agencies to support their efforts in meeting our company goals

· Maintain, grow and manage influencer relationships

· Work with executive team to plan photo and video shoots for new products and variants, as well as events. Includes creating style guides and liaising with photographers, social media influencers, and image optimizers

· Partner with eCommerce team to maintain website and optimize brand for site traffic through, SEO, SMS, Facebook / Instagram Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn

· Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve marketing efforts

· Support sales team & ambassador community by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product information

· Help to track, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness and overall program performance

· Participate in weekly meetings with executives to review goals and initiatives related to marketing

· Most importantly, willing to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that brings Darling to market.


· Bachelor's Degree in a related field

· 2-3 years of experience in apparel marketing/digital marketing for a global brand or successful startup;

· Experience with social media management (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc) and email marketing platforms (i.e., Mailchimp)

· Excellent copywriting skills

· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Trends)

· An entrepreneurial soul ready to embrace the Darling Brand, the Darling Ambassadors, and the Darling Consumer

· Outstanding organizational skills; ability to create and maintain a project plan/marketing calendar

· Strong track record of working independently and at the same time you are an outstanding team player

· Not afraid to hold executives accountable for delivering on commitments to the broader team/projects

· Flexible, willing and able to turn their hand to multiple different tasks as the work requires

· You can identify and/or solve a problem before it happens; you are proactive!

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, as well as, HubSpot, Canva, Later, Asana
