CrossPurpose is a career and community development organization on a mission to abolish economic, relational, and spiritual poverty in Denver and beyond. We recruit and select neighbors--called Leaders--who are ready to do whatever it takes to attain financial self-sufficiency. We then provide Leaders with formal and informal training, build a supportive community around each one, and help place the Leader in a career path that pays $18/hour or more.
