As our Solution Consultant, you will serve as an integral part of our global team with operations in the US, UK, Nepal, and Kenya. You’ll do the important work of supporting our sales and client success teams to win new business with the new logo and existing client accounts. You will work cross-functionally to translate client requirements into a complete solution proposal that accounts for all of the people, process, and technology elements necessary to successfully onboard and scale the new business relationship. You’ll join in on customer-facing meetings, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive the development of client solutions with technical, process, and professional service expertise.

This position is based in the US with the flexibility to work remotely (work from home).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and translating buyer requirements into a machine learning solution offering a deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate
  • Build out Machine Learning strategies together with the client and become an expert in problem exploration and solution design
  • Collaborating with Sales Account Executives and Sales Leadership to finalize solution proposals for external presentations, RFPs, or RFIs with appropriate cross-functional input and sign-off
  • Being a subject matter expert on the comprehensive CloudFactory solutions across people, technology, and processes and how to align high-value client requirements to these capabilities
  • Effectively positioning CloudFactory’s solution capabilities and know-how to potential customers
  • Assessing the technical requirements of client engagements with respect to our proprietary, 3rd party and/or client-provided proprietary software, the configuration of these tools, and the associated IT requirements
  • Collaborating effectively with Client Success and Delivery functions to apply best practices in the development and implementation of solution proposals
  • Ensuring the successful accomplishment of project goals with a variety of CloudFactory partners
  • Recommending new internal capabilities and external emerging technologies or partners that can augment CloudFactory’s ability to exceed client expectations
  • Presenting the business impact of solution alternatives for client proposals
