Amazon Sellers need to find new marketing channels to remain competitive. Many of them are passionate small business owners, who are always looking for new ways to grow their business and outcompete their competition. Ampd has a large and growing customer base with proven messaging, however many Amazon entrepreneurs are unaware of the value, use cases and millions of dollars Ampd has generated for other Amazon entrepreneurs.
That is where you come in.
Ampd is looking for a dedicated Growth Marketer who has the track record and know-how to leverage multiple channels to make these Amazon entrepreneurs aware of Ampd and the competitive edge that advertising on Google Ads can provide.
Responsibilities for Growth Marketing Manager:
- Own brand and growth marketing strategy for Ampd, including voice, tone and brand guidelines to bring awareness of Ampd to the millions of Amazon Sellers
- Develop and execute on a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy, with on-going optimizations of full-funnel campaigns across all channels
- Report on wins and learnings on a regular cadence back to the business
- Develop and execute on customer marketing strategy, to help increase customer LTV
- Develop and grow a team starting with contractors and growing into headcount as the company grows
Qualifications:
- 4-10+ years of digital growth marketing experience, demonstrating career growth and progression. Startup experience a major plus
- Content and growth strategy experience across all content types and channels (search, social, display) at all online audience touchpoints
- Experience creating and communicating the what and why behind integrated communications strategy
- Empathetic, customer-centric leader who can operate both strategically and tactically with the capacity and desire to be part of Ampd’s thought leadership bench
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, economics or equivalent experience
