Act is a Christian non-profit that exists to make neighborhood safety a normal reality for everyone. To do this, we equip underserved residents to fight crime on their street using the justice system. Act currently serves multiple neighborhoods in the Dallas/Fort Worth region and is positioned for state and national expansion. The organization operates as a 501(c)3 with 20+ full-time employees and a $3.2 million annual budget. We value building a team that is committed to diversity, equity & inclusion.
